# Get Transaction Details

> Returns one unified transaction owned by the caller.

Returns one transaction owned by the caller.

Authenticate with the HMAC headers described in [Conventions and Authentication](https://guides.saber.money/api-reference/unified-transaction/conventions.md). Body: none.

**X-Api-Key** `string` *required*

API key. Alias: `X-Client-Id`.

**X-Timestamp** `string` *required*

Unix time in seconds. Must be within 600 s of server time.

**X-Signature** `string` *required*

Hex HMAC-SHA256 of `X-Api-Key` + `X-Timestamp`, keyed with the API secret. Upper or lower case hex. Alias: `X-Secret-Key`.

**X-Request-Id** `string` *required*

Unique id per request, e.g. a UUID.

> Do not send `X-User-Id` or `X-Source` on this endpoint.

**id** `string (UUID)` *required*

Transaction `id` from the create response. 36 characters.

## Response

`200 OK`. `data` is the [transaction object](https://guides.saber.money/api-reference/unified-transaction/transaction-object.md).

> [!NOTE]
>
> A transaction can take a short time to become readable after the create response. A `403026` straight after a `201` for the same `id` is transient.

## Status and error codes

| HTTP | Codes |
| - | - |
| 200 | OK |
| 400 | `400001` (`id` is not a UUID, or is the all-zero UUID) |
| 404 | `403026` (not found, or owned by another client). Gateway `404` with no `code` when `id` is not 36 characters. |
| 401, 403, 404, 500 | Gateway and authentication codes, `499999` |
