Saber lets your business onramp and offramp fiat and crypto for your users.

Before starting

  1. Register as a merchant.
  2. Set up your authentication token โ€” see Configuring Your Keys.
  3. Register your users with Saber โ€” see Merchant User Flow.

Onramp

Two ways to onramp once a client has deposited fiat with Saber:
  1. Pool wallet: Crypto is onramped to a pooled wallet held with Saber, via internal transfer with no gas fees.
  2. External wallet: Crypto is onramped to an external wallet you specify, via an on-chain transfer (gas fees apply).
See supported currencies, tokens, and networks, then get started with onramp.

Offramp

Two scenarios:
  1. Merchant transfers crypto to a Saber wallet (gas fees apply):
    • Pre-fund: Load the userโ€™s wallet with stablecoins first, then initiate the payout.
    • Post-fund: Initiate the payout first; settlement happens once stablecoins are received.
  2. Merchant has a Saber Pool wallet: Crypto moves from your Pool wallet to the userโ€™s Saber wallet as an internal transfer โ€” no gas fees.
Get started with offramp.

KYC

Two ways to keep users compliant with local jurisdictions:
  1. KYC via Saber SDK: Users complete KYC through our industry-standard partners.
  2. KYC sharing: If youโ€™ve already verified a user, share it with Saber to avoid a duplicate KYC step:
    • KYC Sharing APIs: Share pre-verified KYC details in encrypted form.
    • Tri-party agreement: For supported partners, a three-way agreement between Saber, you, and the KYC provider enables a seamless information flow.
